This one is a true Swedish classic. The nubbe!

During Swedish holidays, such as Christmas and Midsummer, we enjoy ice-cold aquavit alongside potatoes, dill, kavring (rye bread), sour cream and herring. In this bonbon, we want to take this tradition even further by capturing all these flavors together (except the potatoes and the herring). A syrup made from Stockholms Bränneri´s aquavit followed by a ganache flavored with dill and sour cream, all this resting on a base made of rye bread.
