The center of a cinnamon bun, that’s what you get in this bonbon (aka BUNbon). A cinnamon caramel along with a cinnamon ganache made from the dark chocolate Sao Palme 75%, followed by a crispy base made of roasted cinnamon buns and caramel chocolate.
